Hello Friends,
In this video you will learn how to create a Project Management Issue Tracker Form in Excel.
We have given 2 tabs in this form - Data Input and Report. On the Data Input Tab, you can enter a new issue, update an existing issue, delete the issues or export to excel etc.
On the Report Tab, you can see the Total Issues charts between given dates. You can select the start date and end date using calendar and click on Refresh button.

Great work PK, i dnt know VBA just learning,but seems very complex, can u teach us from scrach. As ur explanation is much better understandable than others in CZcams. In VBA Dnt highlight in Blue while explaining, unable to see wht is in the text. u can explain without highlighting.

Superb training. One criticism.....the 'Project Impact' and 'Priority' when sorted go in alphabetical order (High, Low, then Medium). I suppose one way around this is by adding a numerical value instead of text (i.e. 1 (critical), 2 (medium impact), 3 (low level impact).

@@PKAnExcelExpert Thanks PK for reply, yes I saw this your video, but it sounds only to show the photo, I was thinking to have list box in issue tracker where while creating issue one can browse one or more issue related files like logs as supporting document and this attachment could be txt or jpeg/png and when we revisit the issue one can view inside this listbox already attached files to the issue and double-click to save as or view it.

Awesome work 👏 sir plz share something in which whatever data enter in data input , same will be reflect and show automatically in another sheet . I.e. project impact data as entered in data input tab should show in another project impact (combo box) under reports tab and under reports tab, active data should come ,not the previous entry like ID 2 , not ID 1.

I enjoy learning from your videos! Quick question, instead of adding the MsgBox if a field isn't completed, why not just hide the submit button based on the condition of the close date field? hopefully the answer isn't too obvious, I'm learning :)

Hi Sir, I tried to copy you but it’s stuck at the process displays the data on the list box .
It said “run time error ‘1004’:
Unable to get the match property of the WorksheetFunction class.
Even, I created a new user form but it still stuck at the same process.

Excelent video and excelent tutorial on how to build the tracker. Now my issue is around creating a TimeStamp textbox similar with the update time wich uses the "Now" function but instead I need the time stamp text box not to change the initial time recorded on the data entry (which it does when you double click on the list box, will take the Now time instead of leaving the initial time when the data was entered) ... can you please help with this ? Thank you.
Thx PK. , Really very useful video , but i have a problem in listbox .rowsource when i open the workbook individual it works good but when i open another excel workbook it give me error run-time error 380 could not set rowsource property. Invalid property value . So the problem here is to make the workbook to be focused to eliminate this error . How to do this?? . Thanks again

Hi Dear PK, Thankyou for such a good information. Date picker is not working, if I open the form from command button and without VB Editor on. The issue is, it opens the calendar form, but upon clicking on date, it simply clears are the fields, form exists and no date is selected. What could be the cause? I am using Windows 10 Office 365 on 64bit system.

Very great job! I have just seen an issue with calendar form. When selecting dates in July 2021, it refers to June. Other months are okay. Can you please help to fix it? I really like your date picker ;)
Finally found it was coming because of french language. In french June and July begin with same 3 first letters ("Juin" and "Juillet"). It would be better taking that into consideration for date consolidation 😊

At 47:58 list index value is still 0 is we don't select any record in the listbox
Or if we select 1 record, still listindex value is zero. The first if condition for msgbox is not working. If we don't have select any record in the listbox still it give msg "deleted successfully"
