Yall just don't understand the reason why the top is "plain" is so that when the colour changes, the light colour appears more clearer than when it's tainted on the ver.1. But I gotta agree they should've keep the glossy "MONSTA X" letters though
If only they left the purple tint and printed something on the edges where "Monsta X" use to be then it would have been less plain... hopefully in ver. 3? >_
Also the black handle on vers2 doesnt look as sleek as vers1, it honestly looks cheaper in comparison. Wish they kept the glossy letters as well, or perhaps make it silver for vers2. Idk, vers2 just looks a little too similar to Nu'est W's lightstick, especially the clear diamond top.
They will make ver3?

Mondoongie ver 1 and ver 2 remains the most beautiful lightstick.
I'm very happy it's brighter than the v.1, but I really miss the purple-tinted and the mix of colors on the base of the "crown", inside the lightstick. :/

@@yangyang2893 We don't really have a fan color established. The colors of teal green, blue and pink were the colors related to the X-Clan series albums, so we kind of addopted them as our own. It's a bit sad to see the lightstick lose them, but I think I'll grow used to it with time. xD
(Jooheon said that he thinks Monbebe are Red, because it's his favorite color and it's the color of a heart, but that's not our official color either.)

I like ver 1 more coz the purple is pretty and also the greenish light effects of the crown in the middle are way prettier than ver 2

the only thing i like the about the 2nd version is that is brighter. It looks to plain for me! i wish they would of left the entire design just make the brown part clear. and make it brighter. that would of been been great!!

In my opinion I prefer the ver 2 because I feel like it has a more clean, less covered up design. Also another thing the new one has and the old one doesn't is the standing base which is quite useful for such lightstick collector. The video is awesome, thanks for the review
I like that ver 2 is brighter, but everything else seems better in ver 1 (although I do admit that I like the top part of both)
The ver 1 colour is prettier imo, plus different to other groups lightstick (such as bts and exo). I love the slightly multi colour of the original.
The black handle as opposed to the grey looks better, and it's better to have the glossy monsta x on it.
I bought ver 1 literally days before they announced ver 2 as I was going to their concert, and was annoyed. Although I still would've liked ver 2, I'm actually pretty glad to have gotten ver 1
