as somebody who works corporate customer service for a major retailer.. seeing you suffer through the automated messages is something I hear people rant about daily 😭😭😭 definitely one of the worst things to come out of the pandemic
How do you do handle dissatisfied customers? Sometimes they can be mean but it's also hard to just forgot after clocking out of work
@@wawis231 honestly just try to explain to them why the company makes these changes and the (few) improvements they’ve seen since making them. usually if i take a second to explain to the customer and sympathize they are a lot more understanding. sadly corporations are well aware of the disconnect and don’t care about enough about stuff like this
Definitely agree with Chris on dating, I’m 22 and I’ve had my fair share of heart break games and failed talking stages and I’m at the point now where I can’t be bothered anymore to date or approach a girl because dating in this generation is a car crash

I’m 25 & feel the same. I got out of a 5 year relationship about a year ago with a guy that was 11 years older than me. But dating nowadays absolutely sucks. I’d honestly much rather be single. I hate the talking stage. I won’t do it right now. It’s just so annoying. I enjoy my own company to the point where I’ve come to terms with the fact that I may never want to have children or get married & I’m okay with that. I’ve never given any thought to a “dream wedding” like most girls have. I just have no desire for a relationship. I’m a sex worker so naturally my sex drive is low by the time I’m done working. So I really have no sexual desires that I need to be met by another person. I don’t get lonely, I have a roommate & 2 dogs. I just don’t care about dating anymore. If it happens it happens but I’m definitely not going out of my way to look for it lol.

I stopped getting the whole package. Like soften the feet and smooth the nails, oil them cutes, do a base coat and the color that I bring with me, and I'm out. Then when I get home, I do another coat and top coat. Because I will find something wrong and they will have already sealed it and I'm dissatisfied. But u know I'm the one who tips and doesn't say anything.

I used to work in a store that had a phantom shitter. They pooped where the cameras couldn’t see them repeatedly. It was the most interesting thing that happened in my 8 years there.

Just a note about the vaccine card, states do have vaccine registries which record your vaccine status. But a restaurant or something isn't going to have access to that.
The caller should report it to their state health department, or the police, but since it's America, what state you're in could make the difference between taking this crime seriously or basically ignoring you.

She can report him to her local health department. If he tested positive they likely know he's positive, and it's mandated to isolate. Health departments usually have a compliance department where they can write tickets for those not in compliance with their isolation or quarantine period

I think prank calls aren't the best because ultimately you're only putting like minimum wage workers who have too much to do through a ringer. If you could prank call CEOs or some shit and waste their time...that would be where it's at. Love the podcast! Please no one come for me, I'm trying to be constructively critical here.
Prank call scam numbers
As someone who works retail, coming from me and my co-workers we honestly don’t mind prank calls. Rather get a prank call then a rude customer. This is just my job personally but I think many can agree, it’s no big deal honestly !
It depends, if it’s genuinely funny it would make my shift more interesting if it was just to fck with you than yeah, it’s a waste of time

Here in Canada they have individual QR codes for your proof of vaccination that you download on your phone and businesses can scan them on a government issued app that will verify if the person is fully vaxxed or not. I don’t know if this is the case elsewhere lol I’m going to look so dumb if it is.
