A judge is supposed to see that decorum of the court is maintained. However the Judge here failed in his duty. He not only allowed Mr Ashok Kumar to constantly interrupt Mr Madhu, the Judge also interrupted frequently. Prof Madhu deserves all appreciation.

Mr. Ashok Kumar’s arguments were weak. Mr. Madhu made strong arguments. Slaying of Vali was always a stain on Rama. Hanuman did aid and abet Rama in Vali’s death. Ashok Kumar never answered that point.
Every one knew what could be the judgement but i appreciate Mr.Madhu for his courage to share his own inference. He is stronger than lord Hanuman ?

Good analysis....interesting arguments. As a lawyer I can understand the arguments..lawyer has to argue the case coming to him. But the judge has the final day of course withb sound of reasons and logic which here the orig. Has done in an edifying manner.
