I like how Juda shared his thoughts on consolidation periods and his hold times. He shared that if the stock has been consolidating for a long time and is breaking out, he is more inclined to hold it for a while and let it have a multi-day or multi-week run. It's like there is more energy built up in it from a multi week or month consolidation. And if he is trading a breakout of a shorter consolidation period, like something has already run a good amount but has soaked, consolidated and come back to highs he looks to take profits earlier or perhaps just day trade it because it might not have as much gas in the tank.
Key take away: huge volume drop off on liquidity trap can cause 3rd day squeeze or curl after consolidation, swinging size from just first daily volume spike is no go, 1% of average volume is safer.
Thank you Cris and Judah ❤
I’m enjoying to listen to you guys! A whole lot of useful information! Thanks and have a great trading week!
thank you so much guys. the key for me was at 42:28 that sometime focusing on the shitty names could be the right decision as they are the ones with the higest short interest at the end
Great insight into parabolics , and the round trip . Thank you both
1:50 sector rotation, commodities. gold as new ship for the anchor of gold etf/miners
4:15 ipos, differences between one like RDDT vs DJT, release of shares and lock up period, good to review this. ARM lock up period ended as well
21:30 discussion of ARM with a good confluence of factors for a potential pull in AI theme
40:00 easy come, easy go, watch for failed follow through, pattern of consolidating and breaking out, then fails to breakout, watch for it to make lower lows vs previous higher highs
I like this videos. My key takeaway - Scroll chart to the pointer in TC2000 that Judah did :). Little thing, but super helpful. Obviously on top of the great content.
Thanks for sharing a little detail on spotting/understanding liquidity traps. Great vid!
Key Take Away: Even if you have some data that you think should move the market, keep an open mind that the market may not look exactly the way you think it should! Thank you Chris L for the reminder!
$APM on the 19th was also a liquidity trap, locked in a big 8R win on that one.
Judah was a nice addition this week
i appreciate the swing looks. Helping me find the names I passed because I couldn't identify the setup
Super amazing chat between you fellas. I match Judas trading style. Wish i was trading more now adays. Need some motivation ad this video was it!
