Perfect! Spectacular job of photography, so suited to the words. I like it that you tell us the locations, also.
Excellent poetry, just what I have been thinking through lately. The ballad form really suits such a powerful topic.
    The Lord bless you greatly.

Thanks for your continued encouragement, Gene. It's great, especially at times like this, after the medieval stained glass at All Saints, Chedgrave was vandalised a few weeks ago. It will cost around £50,000 to repair and another £30-£40,000 to install a protective system to help preserve the fragile glass as well as protect it from further attack. The windows at Holy Trinity, Loddon were also attacked, though the damage was far less severe and they don't have any medieval glass. Interesting times...

      Greetings:
I am very sorry to hear that. I just gave prayer support.
      ............
The Lord appoint angels to stand guard! Maybe even horses and chariots of fire, like he did for Elisha!

Excellent! Out of interest have you got this hymn, which the school I was at used to do around Christmas, though I've not been able to find any evidence whatsoever of its existence online: I think it's called "Wake Up! Wake Up!"? Its refrain is something like:
"Wake Up! Wake Up! There's a new day beginning!
Wake Up! Wake Up! Don't you know that it's time?
Out in the world there's a new light shining,
Follow the light, leave the darkness behind!"
Any help would be much appreciated. Your collection of hymns on this page is absolutely brilliant and to my knowledge unrivalled on CZcams.

Thank you for your encouragement, Alex. We're sorry to say that we don't know "Wake Up!" and, like you, could find no trace of it on the internet. If we come across it, we'll see if we can do a version. 😊

@@ChetValleyChurches You're very welcome - part of me wonders if "Wake Up!" might have been an original composition, so only the school I was at would have used it. The head of music at my school was the daughter of Philip Wilby - the composer who wrote "Make Me A Light". It's totally possible that either he or her (or someone who either of them knew) composed it but never released it publicly.
