OMG how quickly Tom descended into madness and absurdity when she agreed to play footsie, I'm in tears.
Tom, you were my hero in the 90s because you were so funny and wild and now you’re my hero because you are living the dream with traveling with Charlie and moving to the country. I love you Tom! Post more of this and more of whatever you are doing in your life! I’ve recently found all these videos and instantly subscribed.

It was a dream of mine to be in the audience, but CZcams and the shows will have to do.

This show is unironically important for pop historians to look back on for raw data about the end of the 20th Century. Your work showed a lot of life and perspective that we can still learn from. Plus, many laughs to be had!

The nostalgia is flowing right now. I remember years ago my friend and I bumped into you, I can't remember if it was in Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal or Vancouver. You were walking down the street with a boom box and camera guy shooting your track 'check the OR' and you let us be in the video and we were walking threw the Bay store with a boom box just BLASTING and we were just acting insane.. I'll never forget that. I guess it never released because the Bay is private property I dunno. Either way 🤘 you rock Tom.

If you would ask me it's simple Tom, there're two kinds of people in this world ; the funny and the not so funny. It's quite obvious you belong to the first kind. The Tom Green Shows are really legendary. Your acting talent, sense of humor and the guts you had to carry out your ideas at the time held us viewers glued to the tube. I'll never forget how much I was looking forward to another episode of your show. Now I have grown older, but I still enjoy watching you (and Charley) on CZcams. Thanks for taking us back in time ! This was such a unique and wildly interesting show back in the day. I remember randomly stumbling across TTGS on the Comedy Network one night and I couldn't look away. Instantly this became one of my all time favorite shows. Tom gets a lot of cred for the work he did with MTV, but nothing compares to the low budget madness of the Canadian series.
Yes, yes, YESSSS!!! This is when I discovered Tom, when at a house party late one night we flipped through channels of a bigscreen TV, and on the local community station was something we couldn't explain/understand, but was hilarious. It was the Meatface skit. At first we thought some group of learning disabled people were making a show.... lol!
I can't believe this guy went from making a TV show in the studios of Algonquin College and airing it on Ottawa's public access channel, to absolute fame and stardom. Dude was a genius, even if his comedy isn't for everyone.
This is the real deal. The creativity of just finding an object, turning it into a story, and letting that story play out for an audience to see. The kids these days could never.

Awww goofy baby Tom! Never seen early clips before and watching it caught the biggest wave of nostalgia, not for the 90s but for time when everything seems possible (time when I was young and hungry for life). Shared it with my 19-year-old nephew in hopes that he would love it.
I loved this show because it was unconventional and different and unadapted, while at the same time keeping a safe distance without hurting people or shocking them too much so they would get afraid. It was rebellious but peaceful. I still love see these sketches.
I have your Box set from the 90's Tom. My Girlfriend bought it for me for Christmas in the early 2000's.
My God, the good old days!!! With 11 years in 1998 watching you in MTV, no one in my family understood why I laughed so much, today at 34 years old it causes me the same effect. The world wouldn't be the same without Tom Green. With Love From Argentina.

It was so hard to see this show as it happened. I lived in Quebec and didn’t have Rogers. It was such an awesome event when I would get the episodes on VHS from Ottawa family. The local bands at the end were also a favourite part. Thanks Tom

I watched a lot of your stuff. The busted bike and bloody shirt was one that always stuck in my mind all these years, "Is that my bike?"....greatest line ever. And trying to get Joan to blow up your balloon was another that I remember.
