    I'm planning to get 30s, wat is your ground clearness

      Awesome choice. I was going to go that route till I got an awesome deal on these 32s. Lol. Ground clearance will vary on how much spring preload you have. I just put front springs back to factory preload and I am sitting at 14.5in in front. Rear has 15 when uploaded but says to 14.5 when people and cargo is in the back.

    What is the factory preload measurements? I would like to run the 32 inch tires

      I believe it’s right around 1in but the actual value is in the manual if you have it handy.

    Do these tires say DOT approved on the sidewalls? Is there anything else on the side wall that says "Off Road Use Only"? I'm looking for a DOT approved tire to run on public roads and am considering this one. Thx.

      These tires don’t carry the DOT label. There is a label for off road use atv/utv use only.

      God it. Do you know of any DOT legal tires available for these? Thx.@@azsxsproject

    Do you think it’s a must to reclutch? I have 32’s on also and not sure if I should reclutch or not.

      That’s a great question. I have gotten used to it and it’s not bad. However when climbing over obstacles on trail it seems a bit gutless. I would like to get that power back plus I would like to prolong belt life.

    Do you know if the max xmr and your sport are set up the same? My xmr came with 30s and I’d like to go to 32s but was unsure if I would have to change anything

    • @azsxsproject
      @azsxsproject  Před 4 lety

      Thanks for your interest and the comment. I am assuming your referring to the X3 max xmr. I don’t think these sport models have a max in the xmr. So I have been told the clutch in the sports is the same or really similar to the x3. I’m guessing it’s tuned a bit different for the larger car and horsepower. The sport xmr has different gearing inside the trans then the regular model. If your machine came with 30s and your moving to 32s that shouldn’t be a big issue.

      AZ SxS Project no it’s not an x3 it’s a 2018 maverick max xmr 1000r

      Ah my bad. Hmmm not sure about the OG maverick. I would guess going from 30-32 shouldn’t be bad. I went from 27-32 which I noticed a bit of power loss.
