It's ok, I haven't really had friends in over a decade
I don't really see it as a thing, at least personally, now. I just don't think about it much, I just sing. Sometimes f#4 is an awkward note, but only under certain circumstances, my technique could improve still.
I think there are some acoustical things that happen? I don't know that much, I'm not so interested in that anymore but it's probably useful for singing teachers to be aware of?

Hello. What about your Silent Reflux, got rid of it?
My reflux, the most important things, eating smaller meals / no dairy and making sure I have no food in my stomach when I go to sleep, so I leave a good 4-6 hours after my last meal before bed time. Other than that, technique technique technique.
