I wouldn't be surprised if they're using old javascript exploits to target people using insecure browsers like internet explorer, which can give them complete control over your system (usually as part of a botnet, probably making these comments and participating in DDOS attacks). But mainly it's just a credit card scam. It should go away soon as CZcams bans the bots and their site gets taken down by whoever allowed them to host it.
