Debruyne didn’t even play a quarter way through the UCL final and they still did it without him. They never really needed him. That’s why Messi is the best. Some people might say that E.R or K.D.B deserve it because of their performance in the Champions League and while they may not be wrong, people have to remember that the world cup happens every four years and that it is the most important soccer tournament in the world. Some people might say that E.R or K.D.B deserve it because of their performance in the Champions League and while they may not be wrong, people have to remember that the world cup happens every four years and that it is the most important soccer tournament in the world.
