That was great Brian. Loved the French scenes and the music. Maybe you could tell us a bit about yourself when you get to 500 subs? Like why you left Dublin, why France, and how you know and met Nick and Dan? Etc. Thanks. 🇨🇦❤️
How about a little back history. When/ how/ why did you come to France, roughly where are you and tell us a bit about your house, did you buy it and do it up or in the process of doing it up. Not asking for anything too personal to you but just some basics would be good.👍
Hi Brian! I found your channel by accident but know you from Dan's channel (been following him since his farmhouse days). As I have enjoyed your interactions I've seen from Dan's perspective, I thought I'd check your channel out and I love it! I hadn't heard enough to realize that you're Irish until hearing you on your own. Irish blooded myself, I miss the quirky, snarky humor and so thrilled to see it in you. Thanks for the smiles and I look forward to more!
Thank you so much for opening a window into your life so we can enjoy all of the sites and surroundings that you have the opportunity to enjoy on the daily.
Oh Brian you had me laughing about the sketchbook and Action shop and buying loads of extra items. The same thing happens to everyone at Bunnings...ask any Australian.
New viewer here, thanks to Dan posting your puppy video. Seeing as you so kindly numbered your vlogs, I decided to begin at the beginning of them. You're loads of fun, great scenery videography, witty reparte', lol, what's not to like? I could listen to you talk all day long. Your accent is much like my own. I have missed hearing it. Dad's family were McKinley's from northwestern Ireland. Most there starved by the Catholics and British. So, to America, his grand dad went from mining and being a Molly McGuire to becoming a weaver in Philadelphia. Dad and his dad carried on the traditions of being Molly McGuires in Ohio, West Virginia, and Kentucky with full support of corrupt cops. We used to sit on a blanket covering loads of guns, ammo and dynamite, while traveling 4-5 hours out of state as kids. As you might imagine, our childhoods were sheltered and so controlled because he was in organized crime that our way of speaking remained Irish. An englishman, a linguist, once paid me to talk as he recorded me speaking. He rather enjoyed pissing me off to hear me tell him off, lol. I am, myself not Irish by blood though I have green eyes. I never feared St. Patrick's Day at school for not wearing green. Not wearing it got one punched in the shoulder. I am native American Indian by blood, a direct descendant of the Shawnee Indian leader, Tecumseh. I don't know how to be an indian, except dad respected how quiet, sneaky, and courageous I was when he threatened my life and tried to kill me. He was of Jewish descent, hiding it behind the Irish name. He and his mother threatened to kill my first grade teacher twice over her, trying to force all with the Mc to change it or drop it. Then she told lies about an Irish potato blight. They made her tell my class the truth. Ire is the right name for Irish, lol. Angry. You have a dedicated viewer in me from now on. God bless you.
Brian, i knew you were meant to be a shining star. It will be nice accompanying you on this, your French journey. Love what you are bringing to the chateau with Dan and Nick. But i desrly luv the puppies.
Brian- Great vlog, lovely sites 🥰, needless shopping (I think we’re all guilty of that one☺️) and bonus walkie people with walkie sticks 😂 Glad you got some help to finish cementing your patio. Thanks for the loads of chuckles.🙏🏼👏🏼💛⭐️
What a lovely camp spot! Sorry about all that rain. We don't get rain in the summer in California, so it's fascinating for me to see what you're all experiencing there.
I thought it was the Tour De France, before I saw they were walkie people. I don't know how you're Irish, and can still complain about the rain!? Nice vlog though, it's amazing how sat at home in an office room in Norwich find so much joy and entertainment watching an Irish man doing normal stuff in rural France.
Funny. “Walky people with sticks.” Brian you must be from a different area of the UK than Dan. My 75 year old ears can understand you much better. Thanks man.
Is that Lac de Vassiviere? I used to own a maison secondarie in Chateauneuf la Foret not too far from there and use to go there a lot. Stunning scenery round there. Loved the vlog, this is how Dan started and look at him now. 😊 Learn from the master. New GoPro is great.
The one thing (and there’s quite a few) I like about your Vlog, is seeing the French towns and countryside. You do seem to live an interesting single man’s life. Walky Sticks. 😅
Great video, camera and mic quality was definitely better 👍🏻 looks like you get up to loads of fun. How’s camping in your van? Do you kit it out at all or just a sleeping pad and bag? Thinking of giving it a go 😊
Greetings from County Clare, so you move from Dublin to France, and I moved from Derbyshire to Eire. We do like to get about don’t we. 30 odd years now, so when did you make the move , and are you happy you did. Best wishes Judith

Thank you for the slow drive through the villages and countryside. It really is nice to see it in real time not fast forward.❤😊😊😊
Story of my life... every shop has something I see and my twisted brain says "that will be useful" 🤣
Walkie people with walkie sticks! 😂🤣😂
Live your humor Thank you for making me laugh not by you crasing 😮❤
You're a natural and will do fine. Loved your vlog! 🫠😎
Oh Brian you had me laughing about the sketchbook and Action shop and buying loads of extra items. The same thing happens to everyone at Bunnings...ask any Australian.
Ah, thank heavens, an Irish man!❤❤
Ha! Good luck with the GO Pro! We use to watch Dan every day in his famous green van and a drone following him along the country side
Hey Brian, looks like you’re creating a lovely life for yourself.❤

Great video, and I can totally relate to the Action situation!!
What a lovely camp spot! Sorry about all that rain. We don't get rain in the summer in California, so it's fascinating for me to see what you're all experiencing there.

It must be the Irish in me, but I'm loving your sense of humor!
Go Pro is a big improvement. Good idea to avoid the walkie people

You can certainly see the video quality difference between old and new 👍🇦🇺
Funny. “Walky people with sticks.” Brian you must be from a different area of the UK than Dan. My 75 year old ears can understand you much better. Thanks man.
I've done that in Action, in fact I even bought the sketch pad
Enjoyed the video.
Your Action sounds as addicting as our Target in the US. I do the exact same type of shopping there, and they have the same traps. LOL!
Target is a French owned company in the US.
@@pattyroe2305 No kidding??? I had no idea!
@@pattyroe2305 that's why it's pronounced Tar-szhey
Yes Target is such a trap 😂😂
Love my Peugeot and all its quirks...my 2nd one. Excellent vlog and perfect music. Thanks Brian. Hugs Helen
I like you. You’re fun. 😃😄😁😆
