How did you do the background
I used 2 overlays, 1 for the color ( i searched color changing overlay on yt ig), and the second one is a grid overlay, i currently don't have the links anymore but u may found similar.
For the circles i just drew them and added rotation.
The star i added aleatory movement+rotation
And for these last strokes on the corners i animated like 6 frames of it, and looped it.
