He literally used 4 languages in this rap. English, Tagalog, Ilocano (common dialect in northern Luzon) and Bisaya (common dialect in the Visayan region). That's why his rap blew up.

@@FaceBook-rs2fnIlocano- It is a "Language".. thats an old misconception most Tagalog people have that other languages are dialects- Wrong!! Google it!.. Cebuano(Bisaya), Ilocano, Chavacano etc etc are their own languages..Where as "dialects" are interchangeable in most part, meaning people who speak to each other can understand each other in most part with just few differences!.. example Cebuano, Boholaño, people From Leyte and Samar and Negros Oriental, Cebuano de Davao, (debatable Hilonggo?) are "Dialects" of Cebuano(aka Bisaya) Language Family..so the intial comment is CORRECT it's 3different "Languages" in this Song! Ez Mil speaks and raps in Tagalog, English and Ilocano (is one of the Dialect in the province of the Philippines) he Fuckin' Rocks! \m/
    proud Pinoy here!
Credits to Esor O YT Channle for this translation:
He said he was discriminated when he was young because people saying "He's Tisoy" (Tisoy means Half Filipino and Half foreigner, Tisoy = the skin is color white / Mestizo). He said "I ain't Tisoy, I'm Pinoy!" The song shows how proud he is as a Filipino. His father is a pure Filipino while his mother is a foreigner. His Father was also a part of a rockband here in the PH long before.
The Beat is kinda sounds like Spanish because the song is Cariñosa (a Philippine dance introduced to the Philippines by the Spaniards during their colonization before). He used the sounds/music of this Philippine dance and incorporate it with rap/upbeat

      It's a Language
Dialect is a variety of a Language. For example: "Tagalog" which is a (Language) but have some varieties like "Tagalog in Batangas, Tagalog in Bulacan and Tagalog in Manila" that's what you called Dialect.
      Another example:
"Ilocano" which is a language and the varieties of Ilocano are " Ilocano in Pangasinan, Ilocano in Isabela, Ilocano in Baguio" and " Ilocano in Olongapo" , so, if your hometown is in Pangasinan and you visit Baguio and still understand some words or sentences it's because of varieties of Ilocano.

    Here's the lyrics with translation
Mga kababayan (all my countrymen), turn up!
    Tayo'y Pilipino (we are FILIPINOS)
Kahit anong kulay ng balat, isasapuso (no matter the color of the skin we are one at heart)
Mapa-Tagalog, Bisaya, o Ilokano (even you're tagalog, visayan, or Ilocano)
Walang tatalo sa bagsik ng ating dugo (nothing's gonna defeat the viciousness of our blood)
Isigaw ng malakas ang ating panalo (shout our victory out loud)
'Wag nang pagusapan ang mga negatibong pangyayari
Sa'n mang panig ka nasa mundo
Kinabukasan na natin 'to, panalo! (Let's not talk about the negative things where ever you are in the world, this is our future, victory)
    Yeah
Keep runnin' ya mouth when you lyin'
I stay on my business while watchin' you dyin'
I'm takin' my people to heights while you cryin'
'Bout regular livin' & that's what I'm tryna prove
'Stead of just lyin' in booths
First true Filipino rapper on the news
Sit, enjoy it if ya' cool
    Haters can snooze
While I put my city on the map
22-double the Olongapo City no cap
Never forgettin' the street where my cousin would sit
When we always just listen to rap
Kendrick, Em, & A$AP with some metal
And man we would turn up with that
Been mundane till the sun came
Now I want fame like a kid in the trap uh
    Aye
    I been in Spain (Spain)
But the letter 'S' is silent (pain)
I'm claimin' my reign like a king
So I can water crops for survivin' (rain rain)
Go away if you trippin' (yuh)
Had a homie he was crippin' (cuh)
Ain't got no love for the people
Who talk over songs when they
    Claimin' they listen (listen listen)
    These bars never done, uh
3 stars and a sun, aye
Blue, red draped down on a flag
    No we never fear none
Most of us didn't grow up with a trust fund
Know that I'm willin' to kill for a loved one
I'm on the move from a nothin' to someone
    Reminding my people to shout
    Tayo'y Pilipino
Kahit anong kulay ng balat isasapuso
    Mapa-Tagalog, Bisaya, o Ilokano
Walang tatalo sa bagsik ng ating dugo
Isigaw ng malakas ang ating panalo
'Wag nang pagusapan ang mga negatibong pangyayari
Sa'n mang panig ka nasa mundo
Kinabukasan na natin 'to ('lam mo na)
    (Woo!) panalo!
    Aye
    Huh, aye
Kung inakala mong isang lenggwahe lang kayang gamitin ni Ez Mil (if you think EZ mil can only speak one language)
'La kang mapapala kung ganyan ka magisip (you can't do anything if that's what you think)
    Kay Bathala ka sisingil
Utang na galing sa loob na lumutang
Hinain sa turon na may pusang sinaing sa-
    (Mag-ilokano ka tol!) ano?
    (Ilokano, Ilokano) okay!
Uray no nga imbagak kinyayo ti ukkinayo
Dittoy ak laeng ag-ururay no sinnobti agdayo
Tapno eh sang sangitam ak inte wagas mo nga payo
Ngata kay-kayatem nga patayeng ka ken atoy bayo
    Sikayo nga am-amin
    Lahat kayo
    All of you
Ever since bata ako I've been kinda
Discriminated in my own home country
    Sure, some would be like:
"Luh ang puti puti mo, tisoy" (tisoy is like a slang for white American boy)
    I ain't tisoy, I'm Pinoy
    And I swear that:
Nobody will ever look at me the same way again
I'll make it to the top while I be showin'
    Nay-sayers and
Nanalo na ako nung una pa na pinugutan si Lapu sa Mactan
At lahat ang nasaktan na nalaman nila na pinatay
Ang kanilang bayani sa karagatan ng bansa na pag-aari ng Pilipino
    Despite any termoil
I'll be proud of my soil
    Bakit?
    Kase
    Tayo'y Pilipino
Kahit anong kulay ng balat, isasapuso
    Mapa-Tagalog, Bisaya, o Ilokano
Walang tatalo sa bagsik ng ating dugo
Isigaw ng malakas ang ating panalo

      It's a Language :)

Bisaya: "Imong nawong mora'g turko, pero silent ang "r"" (tuko)". Translation: Your face looks like an Indian.... In bisaya, "turko" is an old name for Indian. But "tuko" is gecko in english, So, the sentence actually mean that the person looks like a gecko. The name Indian has nothing to do. Just a creative indirect expression. Here, that name SPAIN has nothing to do about colonialization in the Philippines. Got his point?
