For some reason I remember that actress who seduced Shizuku’s cousin so she could get closer to Tatsuya and Miyuki being a blonde. I believe her name is Maki, but I could be remembering that wrong. Also Tatsuya’s new homeroom teacher for the Magical Engineering course is a silver-blonde chick, but she’s technically a naturalized American. Though her son, who’s a freshman at First High, is technically Japanese and he’s also a silver-blonde
Oh and there’s Jyuumonji Katsuto’s half-sister from the Cygnus Maidens novels (her late mother was an engineered magician who escaped the New Soviet Union)

Still. Usually when somebody writes an anime its a projection of what they wish. So in a way this promotes that conflict, urging us to root for and support Miyuki and slowly become uncaring for that rule. Future generation I bet will not care about it because of the sheer propaganda and ideas shown by anime 'harmlessly' which is sad.....
