Dear Sara, there is no specific clinical reason, but the 2 weeks is to allow the patient sufficient time to consider the implications.

Dear sir ...hope u will b fine ... I didnt get the last question ..we usually discuss contraception , breast feeding advices wd patient after 34 to 36 weeks.... Y not option E.... ????

If she is mentally competent and her husband (partner) is not against i will go for sterilization even they singed the consent forn 1 hour before surgery. With ivf they should not regret despite the financial & psychological impact.
