JQ and Moira are like peanut butter and jelly. JQ only needs a bit of heals, and Moira's damage really fills the gaps in DPS that the shotgun has. Both of them brawling in the backline can win a lot of games.
Coal and Rampage work really well too since Coal pierces enemies and heals Queen while she shoots the others down
They are a really good team, jq can shout to help moira scape or finish an enemy, moira orbs help make her and jq bulky, ults have kind of the same AOE and since both have almost the same efective range the consistent dmg of moira + burst dmg and bleed of jq make any squishy an easy pick, also if someone tries to run away either the knife pulls them back to range or the orb follows them
Me and my friend he goes hog and i go sombra i tell him where they hide and he flanks then we attack together we won so many games like that

I couldn't say for certain, but I'd hazard he'd say it would be pointless trying to keep up with a Fist if he's constantly diving and moving around. That's when Arx switches on DPS mode ;)

I would say doom should come to you for heals. As a healer main (dpsing atm) I don't chase anyone, that gets you killed. Best strategy is to communicate with them.
I love playing moira with a queen and Lucio its always fun 😄
I think ana would be a good pick to throw in with that too, since damage over time is really good when combined with anti heal

For a moment I tought you wouldnt use coal with JQ ult I was like you got it just do it its a 4k and you save queen lol, I hate widows so much and i hate when my team doesnt deals with her even when she is killing everyone and so i have to dive and kill her myself

his is very similar to mine and i play with 800dpi and 6.9sens. I remember arx answering someone somewhere once on this question and while it wasnt exactly mine, it was very close
