A lot of them are young and innocent-looking! Ladies, keep dancing and smiling. And when you get out, stay out of trouble and I hope society gives you a chance. Don't forget to always see the good things in bad situations like what you're doing right now. And kudos to Mr. Garcia -- you have done a good thing here.
@chiponbloc In the male prison during some of the original videos, they ask the inmates how they feel about the dancing. The inmates said they hope they don't get transfered into a prison that doesn't dance. I'd say they like it.
Wow - these are great. Looks like the ones in pink are the better ones who really get into it. Byron - you should try coordinating a flashmob at Mall of Asia.
ang cute nila, lalo ung chubby lady, and it seems that others are not criminals, too young to be..good job..hope more vidz to come..proud of u..thnx sir garcia...
@chiponbloc actually if u google or search youtube on the history they were NOT forced, this originally started in Cebu as a rehab program, the warden saw the prisoners dancing randomly and got the idea, now its spreading thru the philippines in all jails and prisons as part of a rehab program, it helps prevent gang violence inside the facilities
@chiponbloc i dont live in Philippines, so idk, but i think these ladies are having a great time dancing, and i think they much perfer dancing instead of doing other boring ass prison chores. and they get to lose some extra pound in the process, so when they get out, they got great bodies, great dancing skills, and a much happier person, no more stabbing bitches or stealing shit. i love this program!
Since those prisoners are dancing (they have to practice very many times) there are no gangs anymore overthere. Men and women are dancing better and better since they started it. Just look on their chanel !! Great job, men and women !!
@SITHEVILYODA , that's because it only taken a few seconds to do something that might get you sent to prison. For a person to be defined by a tiny fraction of their life is unfair. I'm not saying there shouldn't be punishment. Just that we shouldn't call people "criminals" as if that represents who they are.
@szelosza They are really prisoners. Just watch the site of byronfgarcia and look at the movies of 4 years ago. You can see the difference These prisoners are from another prison. They havenot practice as much as the other ones in the orange uniform. But they alle are doing a great job. The tribute to Michael Jackson was great !!!
This is what he wrote on his site of YT: byronfgarcia I'm Back! My channel was terminated due to copyright claims by Tom, Dick and Harry! Anyway, I wrote youtube that its such an irony recognizing me in their 5th anniverssary as one of the viral channels and me being an important part of the youtube community. well, i'm surprised that youtube is not all machine, they have people too who looks at things out of the box, so to speak! Thanks youtube! (3 dagen geleden)
I like how people can be really surprised they got convicted criminals to dance; like they're some kinda lesser intelligent sub-species who would otherwise be incapable without resorting to cattle prods. Great rehabilitation technique though.

my name is also byron garcia but with an E instead of an F
Would they let inmates in the US do this!? NO! And they wouldn't let them wear jeans. And still, crime is rampant. Hmm.
@szelosza

i think they have no choice, but its more fun for them either than just sitting a jail cell all day you know?
If the guys go to all guys prison and the girls to all girl prison...and they meet now....i wonder what they were thinking.
so everyone there are inmates?!?
yes
But who are you
oh so the ladies are not prisoners? ma bad still .lolz
@szelosza I think they are prisoners.
mababalita nanaman e2 :)
Are ur prisoners happy doing this, or is this a "no choice" situation?
Neither do the males.
