    The first most important ingredient is Fermented Rice water
    So how to make this is a very big question, am going to upload another detailed video specially on how to make Fermented rice water in a day or two. so please check here again
    Now the other two most important things are Amaranth Leaves/ Thotakura (this is must) and Dry prawn heads (vegetarians can completely skip this dry prawn head part)
    Recipe:-
    * Pour the fermented rice water
    * Add some Turmeric and Salt
    * Now place all veggies Drumsticks, Lady fingers, chillies, sweet potato, Tomatoes, Coriander, Amaranth Leaves (Thotakura), Onions and Bottle gourd
    * Let them boil for a few minutes and then add Brinjals
    * The very most important thing here is, you have to remove the lid when the the mixture starts boiling and the moment it is about to over flow just take out the lid don’t let it out even a tiny bit.
    * Now add Dry Prawn Heads (it gives a different and awesome flavour to the whole) Vegetarians can skip this
    * Boil the whole until you feel all the veggies are properly done
    So the proper Traditional Lakshmi charu ends here there’s no need to add the tampering or Thalimpu into it
    I did because I love it this way. So one can completely skip this Tampering part.
    So it’s just boiling all veggies in the fermented rice water ❤️❤️

    Do you know Ganji Rasam? We make that will Ganji neelu and pindi vadiyalu and drumsticks- it’s v unique with v less ingredients Thalimpu of only garlic jeera red chillies and curry leaves - chaaalaaaa kammagaaaa baguntundhi.
