Hola. Vengo del vídeo del 11/05/2024 para ver la receta de leche de pistacho que la voy a hacer mañana, cuando compre los pistachos. 🙂
Es tan sencilla de hacer y está tan rica que, la verdad, personalmente no veo la necesidad de comprar leches vegetales en el supermercado que además llevan un porcentaje de frutos muy bajo y otros ingredientes añadidos no tan saludables.
🥛🌰🥜PD: esta misma receta sirve para cualquier fruto seco (pistachos, almendras, nueces, soja, anacardos, etc.), incluida la avena!! Aunque esta y el cáñamo son las únicas que no necesitan estar a remojo, así que todavía más fácil!☺️🫶🏼
. Yo ahora mismo estoy comprando los pistachos ya pelados aquí ⬇️para hacérmelo más fácil 😉
