Originally opened 67 years ago in 1957 as an Air Defense Command (ADC) base, Minot AFB became a major Strategic Air Command (SAC) base in the early 1960s, with both nuclear armed intercontinental ballistic missiles and manned bombers and aerial refueling aircraft.
When SAC was inactivated in 1992, the nuclear mission of the base was divided between two commands, with missiles going to the Air Force Space Command (AFSPC) and manned bombers to the Air Combat Command (ACC). With the establishment of AFGSC in 2009, missiles and manned bombers (excluding the B-1 Lancer) were transferred from AFSPC and ACC to AFGSC in late 2009 and early 2010.[3]

I'm an airline pilot. I often check out air traffic on radar. You know what is interesting? The last few days I have been watching heavy activity/patterns being flown over this area by E-6's and R-135's! I was wondering why all the recce birds were flying surveillance patterns around that area. Literally right where that weather "anomaly" was located.
I wonder if Swarm is picking up positivly difused electron regions aka x points..at that location...curious i may go check...

I can second that. I don't know if he's 100% correct, but he damn sure makes a strong case for it. And his earthquake predictions are pretty damned accurate. Plus he has shown government documents outlining the government admitting that radar can affect weather.

I saw almost the same exact thing a few weeks ago when I was checking weather. There was one over Charleston, WV, and 2 more in South Eastern Indiana within seconds of each other.

As someone who lives near Malmstrom AFB, I can tell you they mess with the weather. Nuke bases will break up storms to prevent a potential lightning strike. Last thing they need is to generate that one point twenty-one giga watts needed.
The system used for Malmstrom is a little east of the base and blows holes in the storms.
Funny thing, if the base network glitches, the storms get through unimpeded.
Don't ask how I know this.
I live next door to RAF Portreath in Cornwall UK and get to see this happen and more daily.

Someone with 2 katanas was spinning around really fast. Apparently they mastered the helicopter blade technique...
That is an artifact of stacking multiple tilt angles into a composite radar if you look at it one layer at a time you'll see it's a different picture. It's a lot more accurate to take it one tilt angle at a time then look at a composite. Gives you an overall picture but it is problematic due to the distances not matching up at different takeoff angles.

I have been seeing these more frequently in the storms. I missed this one but was watching this storm develop. Definitely not normal weather for North Dakota. Not only that if you listen to the winds lately it sounds like the NW Westerlies winter howling which you normally do no hear after the snow has left. Strange weather indeed. Be in peace God speed.

I don't know if you have heard the sonic boom sounds coming from the sky over there in ND but here in northern mn it sound like a war zone it's every couple days it sounds like missiles or rockets going off. It's been going on for about 3 to 4 months now.

Several years ago (like 20) I saw a jet burn a spiral pattern into the air. It was the middle of the day and very good visibility. I don't know if what I saw was a chemtrail or what it was but it sure was weird and this reminds me of it.

As a person heavily invested into real estate in florida I spend too much time looking at radars and the way the clouds are pulling up and curved looks like a hurricane. There are conspiracies saying that they have the technology to make hurricanes. but that's what it looks like IMHO.
