Sooo helpful! I have been trying to change the default album through the app itself forever and it doesn’t have the same options as through the screensavers route!!

No sorry not that I know of.
I’m confused how do I get the wallpaper to stay?
This is only a screen saver, Roku will not let you install a 3rd party Wallpaper, When I say WallPaper I mean the picture behind the icon's or tv channels when you are using the ROKU. You can only have Google photos as a screensaver, after you haven't done anything on the roku and its just sitting there it will start showing a slideshow of your google photos. they really should let us change the background or wallpaper but they don't as far as I know. I use to be able to hear sound from my aquarium screen saver but now I can’t hear anything, but the options with the screen saver and wallpaper there is a option for sound/audio and I got to download a sound with the picture of a ship and ocean that is the same as a actual wallpaper I thought by downloading the sound and then putting the wallpaper it would work but it didn’t. How can I fix my sound for my screen saver or does it just not work anymore ?

Is it like a wallpaper on home screen?
It is a screen saver slide show. you can not add your own wallpaper. You have to use Roku's for that. Thanks for Watching.

Sorry about that, this can be really tricky, it should be a lot more simple. It might be with linking your google account to the roku photo view channel.
How do you find the app on your Roku?
Mine dosnt say select linked user albums

okay, i linked my account and everything but when i got to photo view, and i select like my favorites and google photos on the photo view settings, i go to home and it says no photos found, my question is how do i save select the photos properly?
Sorry for delay this has been a tricky one to try and figure out. Not sure what is going on, Linking the account is the key I think. Sorry I could not be more help. Maybe try to set it up again.

I am so sorry this is not working. It might be the linking the Photo View Channel to your Google account can be kinda tricky.
How do I install photo view?
It should already be installed, just search for it on the home screen of the roku.
How do u add ur photos to google
You have to install the Google Photos app on your phone and it will turn on Backup you photos. You first need a gmail account. once you have a gmail account then you automatcally have a google photos account. You can also instal the google photos program on your laptop or desktop computer.

How do you install photo view
It should be a channel already installed on the Roku, but you can search for it on the left side scroll down to the search icon and then type Photo View and it should come up. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Search for it like you would a channel. use the search function and then download it.

It can be kinda tricky to get it started. First you have to have a google account and you have to have pictures on your google photos account Then you have to use the photo view channel to login into your google account and then tell it what folders you want to display. @@QPSECXLOL Have you created any albums in Google Photos, If you have then you should see them If you have not made any photo albums in the Google Photos app or on the Google photos web site. Google photos makes albums for your sorted by dates if you have not created any albums. Let me know if this helps. Thanks for watching!!!
how do u get photo view
You search for it under the search bar on left side when you press the home button scroll down on the left hand side and you should see a search bar,then type in photo view and it should come up. let me know how it goes.
Mine doesn’t have the option for albums! So it shows all thousands of my pics! I made a specific album but I can’t make it pop up

You can reset it, there should be a reset button on the roku device
