She won AJL with this song. And Best Vocal as well. This song just hits differently now. Did you know she kept her illness a secret? Not many people knew she was sick until she passed away, not even her father, I guess she didn't want her father, who's in his 70s, to be worried. She's really 'terlalu istimewa' (too special). RIP Adibah. Al Fatihah.

Nurul Huda would have been 28 now, a young beautiful lady. But God took her back in 2004. And now Adibah too..😪, but that is life..

I remembered listening to this song when I was 11 years old. Without knowing the whole meaning, I had fallen in love with this song. It's just so touching

The girl was quoting from the Holy Quran about the consequences and punishment for those who murdered children.. Adibah Noor was previously an English teacher at schools before debuting in the industry, she oftens go karaoke after teaching/school hour ( many years ago during adibah's youth, karaoke usually done publicly while waiting for ur turn ( not in private rooms like nowadays) so many people are aware of her talent cuz she went there so many times, one of her friends then sign her up ( without her knowing) for this quite known contest which she won even she was reluctant at first well she already had a teaching careeer.. Later she became backup vocals for many singers and great singers too before having her first single Terlalu Istimewa ( tbh not too sure how accurate is this feel free to correct me).. She won the AJL and the best vocal that night she really deserves that.. Being a former teacher, i've always adored and admired her charisma, elegance and proffessionalism whenever she's on TV either singing,acting or even hosting some program.. She really is one of the best GEM Malaysia ever had we are terribly affected by her sudden loss, and also a big thank to Yazik for honouring her with this memorable performance, u dont know how much it meant to us❤️

I had the experience of working with her when our design studio engaged her for an evening event, in we made her walk on the surface of a pond (supported of course) with smoke and white Lilies, dressed in white and singing a haunting love song. She send chills in the bones of everyone in the audience!

I once watched her singing in a private function. You could hear her voice made the mic vibrated. Only Jamal Abdillah and Ramlah Ram can do this. Btw i really wished the she did Aretha's numbers, but she didn't.
