That is true, because Czechia doesn't have enough neighbor countries that are culturally and historically so close. Benelux and Baltic countries give points to each other no matter how bad their contestants are. 😄

I think it's really going to be the dark horse, underrated by everyone but coming ALIVE on the stage in Rotterdam for a massive party on the stage - making a lasting impression with those watching. From what I have seen on social media he would be considering returning to this version after the criticism received.
This man is so humble, he isn't my type of music but he doesn't deserve such hatred as to fill his revamp video with dislikes, you can make constructive criticisms such as returning to the original song.
Although it isn't my type of music, I was struck by his great live at the Vidbir, his charisma and the song is better in live.

Já Bena Cristovao moc neposlouchám. Jeho písničky ale znám dobře, jsou dobré a kvalitní. Tenhle song dostává hate naprosto zbytečně, je to pecka a když se povede stage tak to bude super. Ben má charisma a věřím, že udělá show. I kdyby neměl postoupit tak si tenhle song prostě rád poslechnu a někoho určitě ve světě oslovil. Myslím si, že s Olgou, Eliz a Blood to bylo to nejlepší co jsme mohli poslat. Narozdíl od těch ostatním mě tenhle song prostě chytl po pěti vtěřinách a vtáhnul mě a i o tom eurovision podle mě je. Tak přeju hodně štestí :) Všichni vyhrát nemůžou, ale tenhle song může hodně překvapit je to něco nového :)
Jan chreno přesně tak, je to chytlavý a myslím že se melodie chytne 🤓 je to pecka a myslím že lepší než aby ČR poslala do eurovize někoho z trendy zpěváků mladší generace jako jsou million+ 😆 myslím že Ben je dost dobrý zástupce do eurovize ♥️

@@hgks12 Before winner of NS was announced there was like 800 dislikes. During next days it jumped to 2k. I guess there is way more haters and mad people than people that just dont like the song. And that's my point. There is really no reason to run here and smash the dislike button just because this won over their choice.

All of our last 3 songs are completely different, your definition of a "fuckboy" fits only Mikolas' song. I really don't know where do you hear references to a promiscuous lifestyle in Benny's song, maybe you should think about the lyrics and their meaning more carefully - despite the chill dancey beat, it's a personal song about Ben's struggles when growing up (like a black guy in Czech society), overcoming those difficulties and showing them haters that he is worth it, enjoying life and reassuring his mom that she shouldn't worry about him.

i like the song, but, and i don't know if this makes sense, i feel like it keeps building to something and that something never comes, you know? Like, its lacking that one big "WOW!" moment. Its a good "groove song", something you can just put on and vibe with, but i wonder how much it'll stand out at ESC.

Yes, I've read the positive comments of those who luckily appreciate the song. I was referring to the fact that often it appears to the bottom of many tops by esc fans who seem not to give much consideration to this song preferring others that, in my opinion, have less quality. But I hope it will be very successful in Esc.

The juries saved him because It was 80s, good staging and he had voice. That doesn't change that the song was repetitive.
