Can we get a tutorial on how to build large formations like canyons, valleys, mountains, and cliffs in JWE2?

Frontier could develop some updates focused on this. I've been saying that a checkered grid would be perfect for placing decorations and buildings around the map with greater precision. But something else came to my mind: for some of the decorations, like the planters, they could have a configuration similar to the fences, where you can stretch and make them curves at will. Another interesting thing would be a "Stick to Path" setting, where decorations would be a short but constant distance from paths. And putting these two new configurations together, we could make circles with the decorations around the paths, without having to place them one by one.
i agree. one of the main reasons i don’t add much decoration is because they’re hard to place correcting

On a side note, I have a Jurassic Park San Diego build I’m working on. Now don’t get me wrong, I’m very proud of it, so that’s why I tried my hardest to make it, in your words, “not boring”. I feel like I could do more to make it better.

Thank you for the inspo, I was struggling a lot bc I ran out of ideas to build new parks, I got tired of using the same ideas in every park I built and thanks to your video I can build a better park mixing all of these ideas. I also consider myself as a very perfeccionist person with details and I really like that everything has a nice aesthetic, that's why I love your channel, your park buildings are exactly what I was looking for

Thank you, I struggle quite a lot with layout, and park layouts tend to flow quite well when I have some ideas for guest areas.
I never really paid that much attention to these kind of guest sections because I personally find it a little difficult (I don't have much creative ideas😅), but this video definitly gave me some inspiration. Thank you, Evo👍🏻🦕🦖

Cool video! I cannot agree more with "you can never have too many planters". They're one thing I will spare no expense on in my builds lol
I will say that you have inspired me so much currently I am working on a park where the map is shaped as a tree and outside is a Biological Preserve with smaller enclosures where the branches separate

I never heard of this game until a week ago, I’m extremely impressed by what people are able to create with the basic tools available in the game.
I recently started a new map and I’m focusing all of my attention on building the guest area so it’s aesthetically pleasing and flows well. I’ll figure out the Dinos later.

I really liked the new video because I'll be able to create better parks ;) and maybe I can't be in today's livestream but I'll try
for some reason; I find annoying that some arrival points come from nowhere, as a subway station, or dont reflect the capacity of the park with that little helipad; That's why i sometimes use your path tricks to create simple airfield strip with "hangar-like" buildings and container props...
works great as a "utility vehicle lobby" as well as a chance to link a remote or awkward portion of the map with the main section with a nice walkway for the guests to arrive to a larger plaza
Whenever I build high security facilities (or generally high security parks) on a mainland map, not Nublar or Sorna, I build a security section with an airfield, a taxiway, and I use the DFW response facilities as hangars so it would look like if a dinosaur escaped, recon/scouting aircraft could find it before it got to any suburban or urban areas. I can use the Viewing Towers as Air Traffic Control towers too.

I found some inspiration for a pathing near a petting zoo of small dinosaurs and the tour ride helped but I'm doing a different patten. Will you do a best skin on dinosaurs video soon Evo?

they're the same song, but it's not commercially available. It comes from a library of music and sounds for content creators

I would love to be able to use different colours in the paths, but I can't seem to get the knack and I always end up super frustrated. So I use just one colour for plazas or break them up with gardens.
I also build enclosures then go around those with paths and add the buildings next

hey Evo, I just wanted to know how you get the "all buildings" option in sandbox when you want to switch between buildings because it won't show up for me.
What key do you hold to keep the decorations level? They turn every time I place them down and I'd really love to know how to hold them in place so they stay level with others I've placed down and don't have to keep rotating them every single piece

Have you made a park where the guest are closed in with the fence and the Dino’s are running free around the fence, like outline the path with fence’s.

Would guets won't go in paths that have decortions on both sides? I made aa huge park reserve with decorations on both sides of the long paths. Opened the park, nothing, they won't even go EVEN with plenty of stuff. Is it because of the decortions? Please I need help, I spent 2 weeks on it and now I would like an answer for beign so frustrated and disappointed... PLS Crazy Path lady :( thanks for reading

With this and now that I got JWE2 for my PC, I could try to make something like this. And maybe in JWE Complete Edition for the Switch. Yes I still play that even though I now have JWE2. Hopefully I can show what I make. Firstly though I may need to figure out how to take screenshots in JWE2 on a gaming laptop.

0:18 I really wish we could make giant round domes like the aviary in Jurassic World, I really hate the horizontal shape of the aviaries in this game.
it's hard lining up planters and lights ... well any decorations on console really . It's always just a little bit off buildings luckily snap to paths but yeah decorations never equal :( hope they can get a snap to or not function for them like buildings.
My problem is the lack of decorations. Having the same few things through your whole park gets repetitive
