how can i get transparent white? As in almost a 'diffused' clear? Any advice would be fantastic
love your video, by the way, what's kind of white resin you use?
How can I get rid of the bubbles if I can't leave it to sit?
is it UV and weather resistant? so no yellowing
what be best for making the cast to be reusable ? is the blue cast rubbery?
Hi there! The blue part is silicone - our Plat 55 - which is a reusable mold-making material. You can cast resin in this over and over again.
Does it come in clear so I can add my own colors?
May I know is this acrylic resin?
I work with clear resin everyday. If I was to add color to this would it still come out white??
It would come out a slightly lighter color than the color dye you added! So think, adding a drop of red paint into a pile of white paint - this process will get you the same result (depending on how much dye you add)!
Is there any way to extend the curing time?
Try our Slow Set 7 resin (has an open time of 7 minutes instead of 2-3!)
Can this be used for Roto casting or slush casting?
Yes!
Can you doing that with transparant color
This resin specifically, cures white so when you add color, it will cure opaque! You could always try using a clear resin or epoxy for a more transparent color!
What is the get made in plastic ..
The molds are all made of silicone that we sell so makers can create their own molds!
Ok
Thanks for watching!
