Ryu has one of the best fireball games in Smash yet Asimo was intent on running at Luigi like Luigi doesn’t need ONE thing to fulfill his win con.
Sure Ryu boxes better up close but against Luigi and Kazuya you have to play differently than jump in bair and nair. He’s the better Ryu, so what do I know, but still…
The thing is that Ryu's Fireballs don't have priority over much of Luigi's Moves.
This was demonstrated back when Asimo played against Rarukan TWICE over in the past.
I think Luigi can also just outspam the fireball with his own and/or plunger
