This is a interesting one because hogan isn’t in my top 5 but I can understand putting him there
He is not in my personal top 5, not even top 100, but I respect his work in the 80s
In modern pro wrestling, Hogan is one of the goats. Well, I do think he has been unfairly treated by the media and it has become cool to hate him. I feel he didn’t get his due, or you could say he was underappreciated. Hogan was instrumental in building WWE to where it is today, he carried the company on his back and this includes his work during the Golden Era and The Attitude Era.
I think Ric Flair said it best, "There are a lot of good wrestlers out there, but being Great is another level.”
These are some of my criteria.
Longevity, drawing power, charisma, wrestling prowess, his/her importance to the business, were they influential, did they change the business?
I agree with most of you points apart from longevity he was too long.... Stuck his nose in way after it was needed.

Longevity in the sense that he was the one of main guys in business for so long. If he would have just retired after his WWE run, that would have been great. Just too old and too many injuries
I respect your opinion. I just think he stuck around too long and kept younger guys down.
