Some people even say that 9.32 is what causes female infanticide in India, which is laughable.
Let’s first look at the Sanskrit verses and their translations from Bhagavad Gita As It Is and then we can focus on verse 9.32.

हमे लगता है हिजाब अपनी पहचान छुपाता है जिसका दुरूपयोग होता है बाकी कोई सरदार पगड़ी पहनता है तो उसमे उसकी पहचान नहीं छुपती है न ही कलावा टीका आदि से पहचान छुपती है। मुस्लिम लडकियों अपनी मजहबी पहचान के लिए कोई अन्य चीज अपना ले जिसमें उनकी पहचान न छुपती हो।

Aman Ji, Let me do some Gyan Vardhan for your viewers and also the 3 Sadhvis in the debate, sitting in the guise of Muslim women. We all know about their backgrounds and political affiliations.
First, we need to understand that it is mandatory for all Muslims to follow the teaching of the Quran which tells what to do, and hadiths will tell how to do it. Those who do not shall be questioned and held accountable on the Day of Judgment. According to Quran, wearing a hijab is mandatory. Those who do not shall be answerable on the day of judgment. How seriously the girls/women take is their prerogative and they will be answerable. Praying 5 times a day and fasting during Ramadan is also mandatory, but the majority of Muslims may not be following and they will be held accountable. Therefore, people need to clearly understand that hijab is compulsory, and those who do not wear it shall be answerable. That is the reason many girls insist they want to wear a hijab. These girls certainly have a much better understanding of religion and want to practice it in its entirety, unlike the 3 women panelists. People following or influenced by Sanatan Dharm will never be able to understand and accept that some girls/women are more God-fearing, and therefore want to follow the religion strictly according to Quran and Hadith.
If it is a strictly all-women school or college, where there is not a single male teacher, administrative, or support staff, they can take out the hijab completely. If there is a single male out there, then they have to wear a hijab. A girl/woman is not required to wear a hijab in front of male relatives who are her Mehram - i.e. those with whom she cannot be married in Islam. They include her Father, her real Brothers, real Chacha, and Mama. Even in front of the father and mother's cousin brothers, she has to wear hijab.
So, if the school is a strictly all-girls school, with not a single man on the premises, the girls should be able to take out the hijab once they enter the premises. They can even take out the scarves in such schools. If the SC is going to base its decision on the freedom to practice the religion, I am hopeful the girls will get the judgment in their favor.
