I know a lot of people are criticizing people for paying for a Bengal when they should be getting a rescue. But there are people like me, who actually paid for a Bengal through a reputable breeder, that are allergic to cats but LOVE cats. Bengals are considered hypoallergenic because of their tight pelts. All cats deserve love, regardless of where they come from. And I can't help it if I have a cat allergy.
I got a bengal too for similar reasons and I didn't even pay that much. $450. Many dog breeds cost as much as 3x more. I think people who pay for cats get more criticism because it's so easy to get a cat for cheap or even free.

If she'd had more than one, then the kittens could play with each other! I speak from experience. First, we had a litter of 3, and they scrambled about with each other like crazy and grew up to be well-adjusted cats. Later, one of these kittens had a litter of only one. That kitten drove her mother mad! It got to the point where I had to tell the momma cat to nurse her baby! Interestingly, one of her uncles took on a great deal of caring responsibilities. Cats are so amazing!
Mom cat has a striking look with the beautiful blue eyes and markings. And the kitten is a troublemaker you're right. Will fight all challengers. Fingers, stuffed animals, mom's neck...
Hello, I too am a small hobby breeder of Bengals. My Husband is allergic to almost every other Breed, so "going to a rescue wasn't an option for us" I just had to comment about the Mother's cat's face. It is priceless! She looks like she has had it! LOl!

Actually, not chaotic at all!! Bengals are definitely more active cats, but ultimately it comes down to each individual personality :) Because he is very smart and active we make sure to spend time with him each day playing, doing tricks, taking him out on a leash to explore. I think those interaction keeps his behaviour in check. So far he's not ruined a thing in the house. His temperament is wonderful and I really couldn't have asked for a better kitten. He's surprisingly quite the lap cat, as well. I definitely didn't expect him to be such a cuddle bug!! Your two kits are very sweet :) Enjoy them!
