180 Degree Switchback on Iowa Hill Road

This is one narrow road carved into the side of a cliff where drivers need to use a lot of caution. There are signs posted at the top and bottom of this stretch of road warning to not tow a trailer on it, or bring a large truck, it has a 15 percent grade in places.
