If you could have replaced the music with stereo madness that would made the track so much cooler, don't get me wrong, I love the track, I just think it would be cool if you added Stereo Madness as The track theme
Thanks for playing/watching Midnight! These tracks are currently the most commonly picked online. If you are concerned about online being filled with kaizo-types, we're working on a solution for v2.0 to make it more beginner friendly!

Mayro if you add midnight is it a ctgp mod or is a separate thing on wii that you can download
Stereo madness is absolutely a great track, the author G-Force did a great job with it! It was recently rejected from CTGP by council due to some gameplay concerns - notably, too many tricks, issues with the OOB spikes sometimes not functioning properly, and the shroomless shortcut towards the end not working super well, as well as for some issues with the alternate paths. However, G-Force is continuing developing it in the CTGP Track Testers server, so hopefully we see an updated version in the pack in the future!
I think it's more likely an update addressing the gameplay concerns won't be eligible for replacing the current version if the changes are too significant, it would most likely be polled for mkm 2
If Troy went back to Geometry Dash and checked out the most recent levels, he would be blown away by how good they look and how far the game has come

I think the track disappearing on that redwood track was an intentional part of the blooper effect. It disappeared right when you got inked and reappeared as the ink faded.

Honestly, the DK summit remake is such a stupid idea, but it actually ended up being the most charming of the tracks featured in this vid! Itâs impressive how much better you can make a wii track look if you prebake shading and lighting!

When you let us know to leave a comment below at 14:18, WP Tanks is definitely the best standout track from Mayroâs picks in this Mario Kart Midnight special! At 14:53, I also agree with you saying that WP Tanks is my favorite track out of all the tracks in this video! It definitely brings back great memories to how dominant I was when I kept destroying the easiest and hardest enemy tanks!

The Piracy Warning is a play off of the Fake Nintendo Piracy Warning Screens that were popular some months ago. They were the kind of videos that would make kid you scared like they broke the law or something.

15:35 I believe this track is based on Sonic or a reference to sonic. Thats why the boost pads seemed âweirdâ. And the item boxes resemble the capsule items from sonic

For me itâs between the GD track (as a former gd player) and the backrooms, but I think the backrooms should be even more confusing (maybe alternately randomized, but readable, routes)

Hey Troy, I am wondering how you manage to record 1440p60 gameplay... Because i tried almost ALL OBS settings combination possible and was not able to get smooth gameplay, like a maximum of 1 frame per 3 seconds... So please let me know what you use, maybe it'll help. (Asking because i want to upload mario kart content myself! ^^)
I record in 1080p but I upload in 1440p because that way, CZcams doesnât compress the file as horrifically. Mario kart has a lot of movement so I recommend 1440p in your editing software even if you capture it in 1080p

The ramp texture in emerald coast ( 15:33 ) is actually the texture from sonic adventure!! its very accurate to the og game i love it sm

Fr though, I really wanna see more Mario Kart Midnight. I think it's nice to have a modpack that values the hard work people put into their tracks nowadays instead of keeping ancient tracks that are miserable to play.

The geometry dash level was so cool. I played that game a little bit when it came out but I was really bad at it. It's cool to see it as a Mario Kart track though
Highlight so far: Got a Discord notification, looked over to see who was pinging me and why. After responding to the message, turn my attention back to the video, and Troy is suddenly in the Backrooms.
The 2nd track reminds me of the level "TreeTops" from the first Spyro.
Thatâs exactly where the idea for the track came from
