Idk why people are complaining about competitive mode being off. The only way stats make a difference is if you have your characters wearing different gear. From the looks of it, both characters are wearing their base gear meaning none of their stats were altered. So it does not matter if Bats is lvl 4 and Bane is lvl 1 here.
why not? especially if hes got a life lead in the first round and its going to net a kill.. having a corner combo like that in your pocket (while you may not get to pull it out often) is really good. then you still have the first life bar to keep building meter back while your opponent is on their second bar. theres a time and a place for everything. plus think of the mental damage of getting hit with this. theres more going on in fighters than whats on the screen =)
you poor kids kkep on practicing your combos in the corner Smh thatll get you a lose easily cause corner combos are not the same as a mid screen combo they have places to go so u wont be able to trap and fyi 90% of the match consist of players in mid screen duhhh.

It does though. With each level, a characters base stats increase. Batman had level 4 stats, while Bane had level 1 stats.
