Then I was in Dubai working .she has visited me about 2-3 time but I didn't allow her to stay for long because it was during Russian and Ukraine mess. I was scared that the borders might get affected. After applying for the visa , it took over 5 months and we got a denial letter .. I presented everything the lawyers asked for .. land documents at home ..house 🏠 papers bank account ( not a fat balance tho) and parental consent ..a job offer ( to maybe prove that I will be going back home to start a job and my visit is genuine) and many more documents.. am planning on applying for a partner visa but am scared .you know it's cost over $8k .and takes 2 years ..I feel I have no chances

I have a very important question, i know you mentioned that if you get this visa and it tells you that you can’t have further stay what if you’re planning on getting the visa to move over there but since it may take up to 36 months you want to come and stay here for a year temporarily in the meantime, while the other one processes, can you do that, but can you have that one approved while the other one is processing? Like meaning if you’re on a tourist visa and you submit the other visa to live here if it gets approved in the meantime while you’re visiting, can you stay?

The application is done online. register an account on immi Australia, login and select the type of visa you want to apply. in the video I went through an application I had already completed online and I downloaded the pdf of the application to go through with you guys.

I dont think we have an embassy in Ghana but we do have a commissioner. Almost 99% of Australia visas are done online anyway
