The reason why the band is called 4 town is because the lead singer planned on doing a solo career only leaving the 4 of them to the band.

I don't get why there's even a controversy to begin with. It's just a movie about a girl going through puberty along with handling generational trauma.
@@RedRoseSeptember22 first it was people hating the art style, then it was the "adult themes," then the message, now the new stuff about not acknowledging historic disasters. Idk anymore. I adored the movie and it's one of my favorites.
I never understood the hate behind it. Like it's a huge step in breaking the taboo of not talking about girl's puberty in movies. It's also a really good example to follow for young girls who aren't being properly taught about their own bodies growing. I think I would have loved a movie like this when I was younger. I had a panic attack the first time I got my period 💀
