Buglasan Festival 2023 - Street Dancing was held last October 20, 2023. Known as the Festival of Festivals, this year's Bugasan was participated by 10 different festivals from all over the province:
Sinulog Festival of Tanjay City,
Pasayaw Festival of Canlaon,
Sandurot Festival of Dumaguete City,
Mantuod Festival of Manjuyod,
Kinaiyahan Festival of Dauin,
Tapasayaw Festival of Bais City,
Kapaw Festival of Basay,
Langub Festival of Mabinay,
Hambabalud Festival of Jimalalud
and the Tawo Tawo Festival of Bayawan City.

I think the song was originally use in sinukwan festival that held in San Fernando City ing Pampanga.
