*MASSIVE* GOLDEN TILEFISH! Catch Clean and Cook!

- We headed out fishing from Bud n' Mary's Marina in search of Golden Tilefish. We deep dropped for hours and finally after lunch time got the bite we wanted! A 30 lb Golden Tilefish! Earlier in the day we caught a hake, a couple blackbelly rosefish, and a big barrelfish. This is a golden tilefish catch clean and cook video, and we we cooked the golden tilefish a few days later on the traeger grill!

That’s a beautiful Golden tile!! I think you could of pulled off filleting a piece to look like a pork chop and prank your dad to thinking it was a pork chop hahaha! Sadie is growing so fast!!! When ever I go tuna fishing I never clean the fish the day I catch them. It’s a great tip to leave em on ice for at least a day.

Stanz, might need to check that inner port motor mount. Right at the :35 to :37 second mark of this video, you're getting a substantial movement. I know you just re-powered so I would definitely take a look at that.

When that happens, I said WHEN that happens B-M's will need to acquire more help in many areas such as customer services, an accounting firm, larger bait and boutique shops. But then again, if Harriette's expanded the restaurant they may lose business because the customer enjoys quaint setting of Harriette's. I have always thought your bait shop was too small. Anyway I am pontificating. Once again great video and I'm sure somebody set has Fox Sports or ESPN will pick your show up if it continues to be as great as the shows that you are producing they're pretty incredible Nick. I'm like your dad I don't eat fish. But I fish professionally in recreationally my whole life. I don't eat fish because I'm allergic to it imagine that?

Yeah tile is like lobster, u can clean it the same its caught and put it in ice slush for the same day in the frig, 2 days were perfect, we catch alot more by panama city and destin bc of all the mud down deep

we ate a big 35+ lb golden tile off key west a few years ago and all i remember is it tasted like tires! either my buddies cant cook, or we didnt let it rest on ice long enough. very tough meat
It is definitely a different texture. The one I ate prior to this one a couple years ago was very chewy, this one was better but still not super soft like normal white meat fish. I think I will wait 5 days instead of 3 days next time.
