Hi Javier, that is great that you have the motivation to learn!! That's the most important part. It will take time, but one important thing is NOT to be afraid to speak out loud. A lot of time, people are afraid to speak out because they are worried that others will not understand them or make fun of their accent.
However, think about how a baby learn a language. Baby is NOT afraid of anything, they just say it and that's how they learn.
So, practice with me but make sure to say it out loud. Best of luck to you!

根据我的理解, 八角是茴香的一种, 又称八角茴香、大料和大茴香, 有些人称它为 Star anise，大多数美国人只说 anise。

小茴香 应该是 Fennel. 是美国人使用的一种普通草药。我没有教这个词，因为它很容易与 Anise混淆。
