Asparagus Tart / Easy tart recipe

    Ingredients
    For the pastry
    6 oz plain flour
    3 oz butter
    3 tbsp ice water
    For the filling
    8 oz asparagus
    2 cups of water
    2 eggs
    8 oz ricotta cheese
    2 tbsp Greek yogurt
    1 oz Parmesan cheese, grated
    Salt and freshly ground black pepper
    Mold: 9 inches pie pan
    For tart shell : Preheat the oven 400°F bake for 10 minutes
    For tart: Preheat the oven 350°C bake for 35-40 minutes until golden

    200g 芦笋
    300ml 水
    2个鸡蛋
    220g 乳清奶酪
    30ml 希腊酸奶
    40g 帕马森干酪( 切碎的)
    盐和黑胡椒调味
    模具: 23cm 的烤盘
    面皮:烤箱200°C 烤10分钟
    挞: 烤箱180°C 烤35-40分钟
