Respected brother / sister I'm also going through tough time psychologically. Suffering ptsd , identity crisis, derialization, depersonalization and so like these things but I'm play guitar for hours praising Jesus...
Amen we should praise God all the time
Sometimes I can't say thank you enough to my King, my God, to satisfy my heart, so I sing praises. "Thank you Lord for saving my soul, thank you Lord for making me whole, thank you Lord for giving to me, Thy great salvation so rich and free." Or "I love Thee Lord Jesus with all of my heart. For dying on Calvary, for giving me victory, I love Thee Lord Jesus with all of my heart!" And my heart and soul smiles!

Thank you for teaching this because so many believers look at me like I'm crazy when I tell them about the power of praise and the beauty of it,
I came to know about him after his death but Derek's teachings have been so resourceful in my understanding of the bible. Thank you!

Make us whole and show us how to serve You with truth, love, compassion, faith, hope and understanding. The way Jesus had shown us.
