The only thing I hated about cycling in the Netherlands was the knowledge that I would have to return to the UK shortly afterwards. A wonderful cycling country (Belgium is fantastic too).

Good video Amy👍👍 When you say I had thoughts of not wanting to be here always change that to I had a bad day or low day or something like that, it it is not running away from it but it can change the feeling in that situation👌👌 When you are out on your bike take some time to look around and take things in the more you do that the more you will be able to do it if you don't already do it find some stillness for yourself. If you need to have tears just let it happen nothing wrong with that natural thing.

I would like to say that you do not need to feel any kind of pressure to deliver in some way, or feeling a responsibility. I believe you should think of what you're doing is sharing love and hope to those who need it, because that's what you do.
If you stay 'just someone who loves riding my bike' rather than a CZcams influencer you'll do just fine with your core base and the many thousands of those in the future that feel the same way. PLEASE don't change !!!! ♥️♥️
The struggle is real, was real ans will always be real. There is no cure to mental illness, but there are ways to deal with it to such a degree you can actually cry happy tears. I love that you show that, and I love you are brave enough to share it. Keep doing what you love, and life will be a tail wind on that epic newly paved country road. But also remember everyone needs a stop every now and then to take a pee or fill up your water bottle. Or just take a breather enough to enjoy the views.

I would like to say that you do not need to feel any kind of pressure to deliver in some way, or feeling a responsibility. I believe you should think of what you're doing is sharing love and hope to those who need it, because that's what you do.
If you stay 'just someone who loves riding my bike' rather than a CZcams influencer you'll do just fine with your core base and the many thousands of those in the future that feel the same way. PLEASE don't change !!!! ♥️♥️

The struggle is real, was real ans will always be real. There is no cure to mental illness, but there are ways to deal with it to such a degree you can actually cry happy tears. I love that you show that, and I love you are brave enough to share it. Keep doing what you love, and life will be a tail wind on that epic newly paved country road. But also remember everyone needs a stop every now and then to take a pee or fill up your water bottle. Or just take a breather enough to enjoy the views.
