Old-world Intramuros is home to Spanish-era landmarks like Fort Santiago, a shrine to national hero José Rizal and the ornate Manila Cathedral, while the San Agustin Church museum has religious artwork and statues. Horse-drawn carriages (kalesa) ply the area’s cobblestone streets.
The Baluarte de San Diego is a bastion in Intramuros, part of the Spanish colonial fortification in the walled city of Manila in the Philippines.
