How to adjust rebound for YSS Shock absorber

i have fjr 1300 i want to purchase YSS rear shock but i don't know witch one to choose ......standard spring or the one heavy duty ......what do you think ?
these are the 2 part numbers MZ456-325TRL-17-X ( heavy spring)
MZ456-325TRL-22 ( normal spring)
