Hi John, that interior shown at 18:42 was the Atlas North Idaho 2022 Parade Home. But the exterior shown right after was a custom they built and completed earlier this year.
I had a horrible experience attempting to purchase a home by Timbered Ridge homes. After looking at their reviews on Google, turns out I wasn't the only one. Fortunately my attempt to purchase from them fell apart, and I ended up finding a better home not built by Timbered Ridge.

Question about that Atlas home shown at 18:42 in the video. Was that home part of the 2021 Spokane Fall Festival of Homes?
