Shiseido has been around for a long long time!!! I am 71, started using since 21.. i cannot find anything better skin care than Shiseido!!! In Japan, they have people who are trained how to use these products and makeup.. i think that is one of key reason why they are soo successful all over the world!!! I wish we have these quality technician at skin care counter.. i bet they will grow business soooo big!!!!!

In my opinion she’s “teaching” not “selling.” I’m not an expert (obviously lol) but a lot of ppl don’t know what to do & I didn’t til I started seeing a dermatologist about 8 yrs ago & learned a lot about skin care! I’m 37 & have a few wrinkles/acne & oily skin. I’ve been using my Shiseido regimen for at least 5-6 months, I created it on my own. I got a sample in a gift set & was hooked! So no one “sold” it to me, it sold itself. After about 3 months I noticed less wrinkles around my eyes, less visible pores, didn’t effect my acne & a glow is the best word I can think of to describe how my skin looks & feels! I use the cleanser, a toner & the ibuki refining moisturizer every night. Only 3 products, not the like 20 she used lol & those 3 work for me! I buy mine at ULTA..buy a gift set or sample/travel size amount first before spending on a full size..& no I don’t work for Shiseido lol I just give good reviews if something truly works for me. ❤️

What a great tutorial and you skin is phenomenal. I worked for a counter in Macy's as a manager and truly disliked the lack of correct information on skin care. They were driven and focused to just sell and knew little of even application. I went to school for cosmetology and also worked in a spa so it really made crazy to see so much misinformation from a lot of the employees at the counters. I think this is helpful and the right way to wash, apply, and care for skin when using products.
you know what, yesterday i went a Macy's looking for the Shiseido brand, and the lady didn't have any of the thing they were selling, and when asking her about the products she couldn't explain anything to me. so thank you very much for this tutorial!
I would advocate this layering ‘coz it made my skin so much better that I get compliments regularly cosidering I had pimple prone skin during my younger years. It pays to invest on good skin care as going to dermatologists could be very expensive as well. Yes, it does takes time, but I love myself so I invest time on me. 😍😍😍
After using other skin products on my face that were eh, someone at Macy’s introduced me to this brand. I started with the sunscreen spf50 that is super soft and it has a tan color. I got some samples of the creams and I was hooked. I started using everything and my skin looks amazing. They’re pricey, but definitely worth it.

I'm 28 now but friends and family always said my skin looks glowy and youthful. All the money and time invested for my skin was worth it. Now I'm thinking to "upgrade" my skincare to a luxury brand but not as expensive as Shiseido though lol 😂

The White Lucent line of Shiseido products has saved my skin. I have light skin with TERRIBLE contraceptive dark patches and sun damage freckles/sun spots. I first noticed the huge patches on my upper lip and then noticed huge sun spots happening all over my cheeks and went into immediate freak-out mode at the age of 32. I am now 35, used the White Lucent line of Shiseido, including the Cream Cleanser, Softening Toner, and Serum every day and the brightening masks as needed... Usually these masks are a couple times a month. This line of skin care has SAVED me from my dark patches and has also helped with my acne scars and hormonal acne. I would never use anything else on my skin. The smell is amazing and refreshing, non drying, and never breaks me out. Yes, it is expensive, but I spend the majority of my money on skincare, not a quick-fix, never ending battle of makeup. Hands down: Shiseido is THE BEST skincare you could ever have.

I love shiseido products, I'm 29 and a year ago I tried layering, my skin improved a lot, sadly got out of the habit but will be picking it up again. I like doing layering using various products from the ibuki, white lucent and benefiance lines since I have issues with dark spots and my pores....and of course I dread wrinkles.
I really love your Ibuki line. It's the only line of products that helped reduced my hormonal acne when I hit my 20's. I've been using it for a year now and there's no turning back. I know that as I age, all I will do is just use your other lines. Love, love, love!

After many youtube videos, I decided to try Shiseido since I am Asian and the Japanese might know a thing or two about my skin ;). I have been using Shiseido for about 3 years now and love it. It is expensive, but it last 4-6 months and it works well.

Why use the same water? Water can get dirty too? After using the water for the cleansing oil, why re apply the dirty water with the facial wash? I am quite picky with germs but that was a bit too much
I like the softener because it gets rid of the left over dirt that is on my face in case I did not cleanse well enough. Softener also helps create a base for your other products and retain moisture on the skin. The Ibuki softener is very affordable, btw.
You can skip it if you use a moisturizing toner because it works the same but don't skip it altogether. When I'm super lazy I skip the night cream but the softener/toner and a moisturizer? Never!

After using exfoliator, essence and toner, it has really helped remove dead skin, reduce pimples to one or two a month and my dry flakes have gone.
The video takes 7 min. and the care is actually less than that. If you can't spare 10 min. max. to care for your skin...your skin is going to suffer. and you have much bigger problems if you can't spare that small amount of time. JMO. : (

Where is the sunscreen?? 🙄 You can do all the amount of layering as you want but without protective sunscreen against harmful UV rays the collagen in your skin will decline more rapidly.
I think sunscreen is an obvious step. If you are looking up skin care regimen, you probably have already passed the FIRST most important step of skin care love lol
i dont think the eye power thing is unnecessary coz theres the eye cream at the end. I love this products but the process is just so confusing and the price of all the products are outrageous not everybody can afford it .
i love Shiseido but the brush is bullshit, it's to soft, i mean it's really sooooft...without any massage effect :/ I used at first the foam twice (with a harder brush) , the moisture lotion , benef.wrinkle cream plus eye cream and at last waso sleeping mask. Everything from shiseido of course ;) But i also use from pixi (sorry shiseido!)the hydra eye gel pads sometimes too.

Superb quality, very high price, so long time, not for everyone. But the products are amazing.

I bought the wrinkle resisit day cream and omg it’s so hydrating. It made me dewy but not greasy.
The Shiseido Cleansing Oil is so magical it has balanced my skin and cleared the oil dirt etc and I live in NYC so you know how dirty it can be
