- Just showing the AFR reading in combo with. The use of Takegawa FI-con fuel controller. For this set up, not possible to use without larger 6 hole high performance injector. No need for dyno tuning, plug and select map good for you.. (you will need afr meter gauge to know where you're at selecting maps..)

my motor is 125 cc. We made 164 cc.Should I change the injector?
I know it’s an old video but would you happen to know what fuel setting on the fi controller I would guess 7 or 8.
What is your top speed and fuel consumption? I have takegawa setup similar to yours but my fuel economy is terrible. Will fi controller from takegawa fix the problem? Thanks
Alex Alex 🤣 I get about 150km from the tank, about 170 to empty..
It’s thirsty but it’s also fast so it’s expectant for the performance. Fi controller won’t improve your fuel economy, it’ll save your engine from seizing running lean..
lol that's fuel economy of a big bike not a scooter ;) I have Yuminashi big injector, do you think I still need FI? I get around 3-3.2/100 km. How many km did you do on your Takegawa BBK?I heard that head gasket fails at around 5000km. Not sure it it's true.

What’s your whole engine set up? I’m running 35mm tb too and 150 head, I used be able to get away and not really need fi controller with the bigger injector but I eventually used it to drop my wot afr from 13.5 to 13 (that was with 31mm tb and 125 head). Since then I’ve upgraded to 150 head, 35mm tb and I’ve retained the fi controller to keep the wot afr as low as I can, it’s about 13.1-13.2 now.. with Takegawa kit and any other, I use now copper spray gasket. It’s proving quite effective. I’ve also split the Takegawa gasket to single layer, makes bit more power...
