13:56 Idk maybe its different in Florida, but LPN/LVNs can definitely do IVPB I even looked it up in my Hurst review before commenting. But was already confident about it because we've practiced this in lab, had test out on it. Did it in clinicals and preceptorship at the hospital. So, I was sure as an LPN we could.
I found there are differences on the scope of practice between LPN and RN in States and Canada. For example, LPNs(RPNs) are allowed to flush or change dressing of PICC line(central line) in Canada, and PSWs(personal support workers ) are only allowed to do ADLs compared to U.S.

Well I've taken the exam for the second time now I didn't successd ,I wonder how does who sucesseded did it.
I failed 3 times,I lost money to scams and reviews who never helped but the major thing is that I can't lose hope.

I sat for Nclex exam for the 4th time now and I still failed,I guess license is not meant for people like me 😢😭
