I have this phone for several month for 149 USD, perfect for the price, no issues, fast android experience and have all I need, NFC, Dual Cameras, Large Battery, and very empressve bright screen. I love it. Today the price is even lover, you can find a new one for $100!
I saw it for €100 and will do a little more research. Need to update my 6 year old Xiaomi, because the second battery starts to bulge and since it's android 6... half the apps don't work anymore 🙂
Is there bloatware like other phones if so can they be deleted...also do you have to suffer ads every time you open an app like l do on my current phone Poco M4 pro 5g 😮Thanks .

I have just ordered this mobile to replace my older Huawei honor 10 lite which doesn’t always notify me of WhatsApp messages and is a nuisance. I am in my seventies and only use my pay as you go mobile for calls, text, WhatsApp and small amount of photographs, so am hoping this mobile will be the right one for me. Now I need to find a CZcams to show me how to transfer the data from the old mobile to the new one. 🇬🇧

@@ashdoestech thank you. I have managed to set up my new mobile but notice the battery is going down faster than my Huawei so something must be running draining the battery. Need to investigate more.
@@JudithDev8go to settings then scroll down to battery next look there at current mode reset by tapping on either balanced or battery saver mode hope this helps ..

I have had some bad experiences with Samsung phones and what I do like on this phone are 2 main features that is a great plus factor for me. Firstly the phone is dustproof and water resistant. This helps me for if the phone gets wet it will help If I dry it quickly. The second point is that I spend a lot of time at and on the ocean and the camera will be a major plus for me taking very nice pics. These are 2 very good points about this phone. Thank you for a good platform

Great review. I bought this today as a stopgap because my iPhone 14 keeps having issues (8 times it’s been in for repair) but the g14 is perfectly fine for the type of things I use a phone for (messaging mostly and taking pics of the kids) so might keep this one for a while and just sack off apple products for a while.
This is a great example of a budget phone filling most of the basic needs an expensive phone does, at a fraction of the price.
Bought it for my wife at 90 euros in Greece. Simply amazing for the price, beautiful screen, and sound, fast, loaded with features, no ads and bloats, almost stock Android experience. Motorola is playing very strong in the budget class of devices, this phone can easily satisfy 90 % of users. The rest can buy the g32 or the g54 for even better specs, at 130-160 euros, which is also very cheap. The competition is going to have hard times coming 😅
I agree, they have some great phones! It's only the lack of software updates that lets them down :(
Budget phones are getting good with photography these days and the moto G14 shows it. Very good photos here.

I got the G13 2 ram and it's having issues now I'm getting the G14 I'm getting one this Tuesday.

60hz is perfectly okay, chrisy it's a phone and people pay through the nose for Apple and Samsung

How much difference is there in text size between 1080p and 720p on a phone like this? My eyesight isn't what it was. Would I be better off with a 720p phone?
Pretty much every phone lets you scale up icons and text. Usually you can find the option in the screen or accessibility settings.

Most of videos on YT are 1080 or even 4K. You can check it on any desktop PC or laptop easily. Older videos were uploaden in 720 or lower. Anyways, for a phone 720 is arguably OK.

Sir can I'm ask this ? Im just got g14 (4/128) for just 65 usd 3 days ago from a family friend come back from US . Very nice condition with not a single scratch. It's have the label peace imei in the back can take off . And work normally all the app i need but one thing in front screen bottom chin it's have one line : motorola confidential property not for sale . Beside the lagging when use camera the other it's okay . Is it okay for long term use cuz I'm planning to use it at least for two year . Im going thought many source say that it not good , did I'm just been scammed 😢. It's hard to buy motorola phone in Vietnam since they dont sell here mostly Motorola come by second hand with have been fix or repair. So I'm just curious about that . Thanks for reading this . 😊
I always hate the washed out colours of the Motorola camera, my old Samsung from about 9 years ago has a better camera

I bought the g54 for my father in law but the screen is sharp but lacks brightness the g14 screen is brighter.

Fair enough, take a look at the G54 too. You'll lose 5G switching to this and the ultrawide camera. If those matter to you

@@ashdoestech Hello. I bought the G84 instead. A little more quality of the money. They had a sell out and i got it for a good price.
All that and not one mention about how it performs AS A PHONE, which is what the majority of cheap phone buyers are looking for. I am sure you are very knowledgeable but you seem to miss the mark with this review.
For the same price i was able to get the g62 far better
