Yeah in the UK all health services are free because of something called the NHS ( national health service) which runs all our hospitals, except private ones, which you have to pay for, but they're a bit nicer, but quite expensive. Also with the dentist under 16s and people getting money from the government( called benefits) to help them have enough money to live, get it free. If your teeth are really bad you can also get braces free from the NHS. If they're not that bad, you have to pay. It's about £2,000 I think. Maternity leave is 9 months ( I think) of paid maternity leave. 😊

In Lithuania i payed nothing when my wife gave birth. Not a single cent. Haven’t payed a cent for my nose operation (sectoplasty) which is about 1000-2000 dollars. We have free health care system here if you just have a job and don’t sit on sofa all day long doing nothing
