An EPIC DESERT ISLAND in OMAN (MASIRAH Island) | Oman Road Trip Day 4

We left the tranquil town to Sur to make our epic journey towards an DESERT ISLAND off the east coast of Oman called MASIRAH. This Island has it all beaches, desert, camels, beautiful sunsets. We took an interesting "LOCAL" ferry to Island and drove the entire stretch of the ISLAND. Thanks for reaching out! So, I’m not 100% positive of the exact location - it was a roadside beach we stopped at somewhere on the drive between Sur and Shannah Port. Looking at Google Maps and comparing pictures, though, I think it was this place: maps.app.goo.gl/RJgCnb88Cy37Ps278?g_st=ic

Thanks for watching! We did sleep in a hotel on the island. The options for hotels are limited and not as great as the mainland. We did see some people camp on the island in RVs - you can basically stop wherever you want over night. If we were to do it over again, I’d probably go with an RV. Hope that helps!
